摘要 To - PF and APTT accurately and coneniently so that Micro Autocoagulator was researched and made.Methods: The blood samples were analyzed with Micro Auto-coagulator(CN - 1) and coagulator (CA -100) of same reagents. Results: The test results showed that thare were no significant difference between two methods.Conclusion: Micro Anto- coagulator had high accuracy result with easy and rapid manipulation. So it may be available for patients in different hospitals.
