针对造纸机的纸张定量及水分控制 ,研制了一种采用单步控制区的广义预测控制器 ,简化了计算量 ,提高了实时性 ;还介绍了造纸机集散控制系统的构成及控制器的具体实施。

In order to control the basis weight and moisture in a papermaking process, a generalized predictive controller based on single step control region is presented in this paper The calculation needed is decreased and the system responses more rapidly Some problems on the design of a distributed control system and the implementation of the controller are also discussed The practical control result is quite satisfactory in a paper mill
