用Na_2SO_3代替部分NaOH蒸煮降低麦草浆黑液中硅含量的研究

Reduce the Silica Content in Wheat Straw Pulping Black Liquor

使用麦草制浆时 ,在蒸煮液中以Na2 SO3代替部分NaOH(从 0 %到 30 % ) ,不仅可以降低麦草浆黑液的硅含量 ,降低黑液粘度 ,改善黑液性质 。

Substitution of Na 2SO 3 for part of NaOH(from 5% to 30%) of cooking chemical in alkali pulping was introduced in this paper. The results indicated that the silica content in wheat straw pulping black liquor was reduced, the viscosity of black liquor was decreased, both the properties of black liquor and the pulp quality were improved.
