摘要
为了解经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术 (PTCA)对急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全患者的治疗效果。方法 :本文选取我院 1 997～ 1 999年间共 84例急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全的住院患者 ,其中 43例患者行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术 (PTCA)治疗作为PTCA组 ,另41例患者因各种原因未接受介入治疗而接受保守治疗作为对照组。从患者接受治疗前后LVEF值及运动耐量的变化进行比较分析。结果 :PTCA治疗可明显改善LVEF值 ,且PTCA治疗组较保守治疗组的运动耐量亦有显著的提高。结论 :PTCA术对急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全患者的治疗有效。
Objective:To study the curative effect of AMI patients combined with dysfunction of LV treated with PTCA.Methods:43 cases AMI patients combined with dysfunction of LV were treated with PTCA as test group and 41 cases were received conservative treatment as control group from 1997～1999.LVEF and movement endurance before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:Both LVEF and movement endurance after PTCA were significantly improved than control group.Conclusions:PTCA could treat AMI combined dysfunction of LV effectively.
