光学性角膜切削(PRK)术后屈光欠矫的再矫正

Recorretion of Discorrected Ametropia with Phototherapy Removal Kerectomy(PRK)

目的 :对PRK术后屈光欠矫的再矫正进行探讨。方法 :采用美国Laser-Sight2 0 0D型准分子激光仪对PRK术后屈光欠矫 1 1例 ( 1 9眼 )进行二次切削治疗 ,其中每膜混浊明显的病例 ,采用治疗性角膜切削术 (PTK)和光学性角膜切削术 (PRK)相结合的方法治疗 ,角膜无明显混浊的病例采用PRK或Lasik治疗。结果 :PRK术后屈光欠矫为 - 1 5D～ - 9 0D ,平均为- 3.6 9D ;随访 3～ 6个月表明 ,1 1只眼 ( 6 4 7% )的裸眼视力达到术前矫正视力 ,6只眼矫正视力较术前减少一行 ,2只眼矫正视力较术前增加一行。结论

Objective:To discuss recorrection of discorrected ametropia with (PRK).Methods:11 cases (19 eyes) of discorrected ametropia were treated secondary with Laser-sight Zoo D made in USA.The patients of corneal opacity were treated with PTK or PRK and without opacity were treated with PRK or Lasik.Results:The refraction after PRK was from-1.5D～-9.0D(-369 in average).The naked sight of 11 eyes were recovered to corrected sight in pre-operation and 6 eyes were better than before.Conclusion:The paramolecular laser secondary keretomy could be effective for discorrected ametropia after PRK.
