大鼠腹部岛状皮瓣氧自由基产生的实验研究

Study on Injury of Rat Skin Flap after Ischemia and Reperfusion by EPR

目的 :为了研究大鼠腹部皮瓣在缺血再灌注时氧自由基的变化 ;方法 :应用电子顺磁共振 (EPR)技术 ,对缺血再灌注后的SD大鼠腹壁岛状皮瓣进行了直接检测 ;结果 :大鼠腹壁皮瓣在缺血再灌注以后产生大量的超氧阴离子自由基 (O ·2 ) ;而且O ·2 变化十分活跃 ;结论

To study the changes of oxygen free radicals of rat skin flap when its ischemia and reperfusion.The electron paramagnetic resonnance were used to detect the skin flap of rat abdomen directly after ischemia and reperfusion.The result indicated that the skin flap of rat abdomen produce rapidly.The skin flap of rat abdomen might be an ideal model in study of oxygen free radicals by EPR.
