基因检测人类乳头瘤病毒与口腔扁平苔藓相关性的研究

Correlative Study of Human Papilloma Virus and Oral Lichen Planus with Gene Detection

目的 :研究人类乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)与口腔扁平苔藓的关系 ;方法 :采用PCR基因检测技术 ,对 30例口腔粘膜扁平苔藓病灶标本进行HPV检测 ,并与正常对照组进行对比分析 ;结果 :口腔扁平苔藓中HPV阳性率为 9 30 ,而正常人群中的HPV为 3 40 ,两者对比具有显著性差异 (x2 =4 6 2 0 0 5 >P >0 0 1 ) ;结论 :结果表明 。

Objective:To study the correlation between the human papilloma virus and oral lichen planus with the gene detective technique.Methods;30 oral lichen planus patients were detected for HPV with PCR technique and were compared with the control group.Results:The positive rate of HPV in oral lichen planus was 9/30 and 3/40 in normal group.There was a significant difference between two groups (p<005).Conclusion:There was a close correlation between HPV and oral lichen planus development.
