决策支持系统的智能化及其在水环境管理中的应用

摘要 为支持环境工程师各项活动,需要开发便于数学模型和环境信息操作的软件环境,并将这些模型和数据用人工智能领域发展起来的技术集成在一起.本文介绍智能化决策支持系统POW,它是专家系统与决策支持系统两者的集成.POW可用于水质评价、功能区划分、控制单元解析归类、选择有关输入响应模型或水质仿真模型、模型参数估计、计算水环境容量、确定经济技术上最优化的排污许可模型,并进行水系规划. The goal for supporting all activities of an environmental engineer requires the development of software environments which allow easy manipulation of mathematical models and environmental data and integrate these models and data with some techniques developed in the field of artificial intelligence. In this paper we shall describe an intelligent environmental decision support system POW, which is an integration of expert system with decision support system. POW can be used to provide tools to assess water quality, to define functional zoning, to analyse and classify controlling units, to select appropriate input respond model or water quality simulation model, to estimate initial parameter values for input into the model, to calculate water enviroment capacity, to establish economically and technically optimistical waste load allotment model, and to make water system planning.
