摘要
本文对淀粉质原料的糖化醪的固定化K字酵母连续发酵生产酒精和以糖化醪配制增殖液增殖固定化酵母进行了研究和讨论,并对实验数据进行了拟合,确定了适合于本发酵的动力学模型,求取了其模型的参数值.
In this paper, continuous alcohol ferment by immobiltzed yeast with starch hydrolyzate was carried out successfully. The possibility that the hydrolyzate was used to make up the medium of breeding yeast was discussed.The hydrolyzate must have high saccharifying degree and be filtrated. According to the calculated result of the test data, the suitable kinetics models and their parameters in this condition were given.
