摘要
本文研究了以DPC/MIBK为萃取体系,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定水中微量铬的方法.其灵敏度(ng·ml^(-1)/1%)为1.42.根据溶液酸度、萃取剂用量、萃取时间、相比等对吸光度的影响,选择确定较佳的萃取条件.其回收率在95~109%之间,相对标准偏差为4.65%(n=10).
This paper studies the method of determining the trace of chromium in water, using the extraction system of DPC/MIBK and flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The sensitivity (ng/ml/1%) for Cr is 1.42. The correspondent extraction condition has been found, it has influence on absorbance of light, e.g. acidic degree of the solution, amount of the extractant, extraction time and stability of organic phase, the mean recovery and relative standard deviation are 95-105% and 4.65%(n=10) respectively.
