摘要
以辣椒(Hot Pepper)94036分离世代中胞质雄性不育株为不育源,通过测交、回交进行甜椒(Sweet Pepper)雄性不育的转育。在测交中发现甜椒自交系‘77013’有较强的雄性不育保持性,通过单株选择、连续回交转育,选育出了8个不育性稳定、园艺性状接近77013的甜椒雄性不育系77013A-n和相应的8个保持系77013B-n。并对单株选择效果进行了分析。
Research and application of cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) can promote utilization of heterosis in pepper (Capsicum annuum L). In this study, the male sterile cytoplasm of hot pepper lines was transferred into the sweet ones through repeated backcross and individual selection, Eight sweet CMS lines:77013A-n with stablemale sterility and horticultural performance similar to the original inbred line 77013 were developed, as well as their corresponding maintenance lines77013B-n.
