摘要
以6个对低温耐受性不同的甜椒为试材,分别给予15℃/5℃、18℃/8℃不同低温处理10d(天),以26℃±1℃/19℃±1℃为对照。结果表明:低温处理对所有试材的株高、节间长、茎粗、开展度、叶片数、单株产量、单株座果数都有减少作用;对壮苗指数、落叶数、单果重有增加作用。低温下,耐低温材料叶片生长迅速,植株开展、健壮,幼苗生长量降低及减产比例小。并且耐低温材料与不耐低温材料的株高、节间长、落叶数和叶片数这4项指标的变化分别达到显著差异,与产量结果吻合。因此,确定15℃/5℃(昼/夜)、50001x、8h光照、处理10d为甜淑耐低温品种适宜的选择压力。
Six sweet peppers with tolerance in various degree to low temperature (LT) were respectively treated with 15℃/5℃,18℃/8℃ for 10 days, with 26℃±1℃/19℃±1℃ as the CK. Results showed LT reduced the plant height,internode length,stem thickness, shoot expansion, leaf number,fruit yield per plant and fruit number per plant of all the materials tested, but increased their strong seedling index (stem thickness/plant height), fallen leaves and fruit weight per plant. Under LT, materials with the tolerance showed good growth, with less reduction in young seedling's gross growth and fruit yield; and their differences in plant height, internode length, fallen leaves and leaf number reached significant level, compared ro those without LT tolerance. And the treatment of 15℃/5℃(day/light),50001x, daylength 8h for 10d is recommended as the suitable selection pressure for LT tolerance.
