沈椒6号是利用辣椒雄性不育两用系AB23—6—3—1—2和国外引进自交系S11—4—2—1—3做父本配制的杂交种。生育期105d(天)左右。果实长灯笼形、纵径12.5cm、横径7.5cm,抗病毒病和疫病,每667m^2前期产量1816.4kg,总产量3971.1kg。适合春秋保护地及春露地地膜覆盖栽培。已在辽宁、湖北、山东等地推广。
Shenjiao 6, a nwe hybrid pepper variety developed from AB23—6—3—1—2(a dual-purpose Ms line)×S11—4—2—1—3 (a selling line introduced abroad), has growth duration of about 105 days and long lantern-like fruits. It is resistant to virus disease and blight (Phytophthora capsici), its early yield reaches 1816. 4kg/667m^2 and the total yield 3971.1kg/667m^2. Suitable to be grown under protected conditions in spring and autumm or in the fields covered with plastic film in spring. The variety has been popularized in the provinces of Liaoning, Hubei, Shandong etc.
