Short Rotation and Regeneration Techniques of Chinese Fir Plantation in Marginal Producing Area

本文研究了奉化市尚田镇广渡村的1片14年生杉木人工林分的短轮伐期与更新技术。认为杉木短轮伐期经营,缩短了培育周期,经济效益显著,适宜边缘产区以及中小径材销路广的地区推广应用。

This paper studies the short rotation and the regeneration techniques of Chinese fir plantation with the age of 14 years in Guangdu, Fenghua, Zhejiang. The management of Chinese fir by means of the short rotation can shorten the cultivating cycle, have the notable economic benefit and should be popularized and applied in the area of the marginal production and with good markets of little-middle DBH timbers.
