摘要 白玉兰从花蕾到花开放过程中,蛋白质含量及脱氧核糖核酸酶(DNase),核糖核酸酶(RNase)的活性均下降;过氧化物酶同工酶谱带亦减少。分析白玉兰花中各层花瓣的干物质积累和蛋白质含量,表现出中、内层花瓣的生长量大于外部花瓣,进而导致花的开放。白玉兰花内含有17种氨基酸,以花蕾期的氨基酸含量最高,药用价值最大。 The protein content and activities of DNase, RNase declined with the process of floral development from flower buds to the opening of flowers of Magnolia denudata, and the peroxidase isozymogram also decreased. The analysing results about the accumulation of dry matter and the protein content showed that the middle and inner parts of the petals grew faster than the outer parts, which caused the opening of flowers. There were seventeen amino acids in the flowers of Magnolia denudata. The flower buds before the opening of flowers contained the highest amount of amino acids and had the largest medical value.
