中国南方集体林区经济持续发展的抉择

Thinking on Continued Development in Economy of Collective Forest Region of Southern China

通过对中国南方集体林区经济发展过程基本态势的分析,指出人口与资源、经济与生态、经济与社会组织以及它们之间的关系都存在相互影响和相互制约,带有综合的结果。在探讨新起点的经济发展时,以发展经济学与生态经济学理论为指导,提出确立林业为林区建设的基础产业,以工业化提高林区产业结构层次,以城镇化改善林区城乡结构,是中国南方集体林区经济持续发展的抉择。

This paper analyzes the basic problems of economy development in collective forest region of Southern China, and points out that there exist interaction and interplay in population and resources, economy and ecology, economy and society, and relation among them. According to the theories of development economics and ecological economics, the author makes some feasible views of continued development in economy of collective forest region of Southern China - takeing forestry as a basic industry, raising industrial construction by industrialization, and progressing village-town together by urbanization.
