优化辣椒种植技术 促进辣椒产业升级——对胶州市辣椒走向产业化的思考

摘要 辣椒是山东胶州重要的经济作物之一,由于多年连续种植造成的种性退化和病害加重已导致胶州辣椒种植面积减少,产量下降,不能满足当地辣椒加工企业对原料的需求。因此,我们应从优化辣椒的种植技术入手,选择新品种,采用新模式,提高辣椒的产量和效益,同时开发辣椒加工增值潜力,以创造辣椒产业升级的环境和条件。 Capsicum(hot pepper)is one of the important cash crops in Jiaozhou City,Shandong Province. However Capsicum's continuous cropping for years in the area has resulted in yield decrease caused by variety degeneration and heavy insect and disease pests and thus,hot pepper processing industry in the area has been cut down. The authors suggest it should be improved by using excellent varieties and optimizing cultivation technology to increase fruit yield, and capsicum production should be upgraded by the integrated management of capsicum variety diversity and their optimum cultivation, available product processing and product marketing.
