摘要
悬钩子是一种营养丰富、色香味俱佳的加工原料。利用悬钩子属中3种不同的果实,研制出糖水悬钩子罐头、悬钩子果酱、悬钩子果汁及其饮料等系列产品,并得到了3种不同果实原料各自的最佳处理方法和工艺条件。
Raspberry is a nourishing material with good color and sweet smell. Raspberry-related products including sugar-preserved raspberry cans, raepberry jam, raspberry juice and drinks have been made from 3 kinds of fruit in Rubus with knowledge gained in the best processing method, technology and condition for each kind of fruit.
