口虾蛄Oratosquilla oratoria耗氧量、耗氧率及窒息点的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用对照呼吸室与试验呼吸室水中溶解氧之差的方法测定耗氧量,用 Wiakler 氏法测定氧含量,得出口虾蛄耗氧量随体长增大而递增,而耗氧率却随体重而减小。不同的温度、pH、性别对口虾蛄耗氧率有显著影响,自然光照与遮光、饱食与饥饿状况下,其耗氧率也明显不同,而盐度变化对相近大小个体的影响不很显著。结果还表明,口虾蛄的耗氧率有明显的昼夜变化,其窒息点范围为0.5734—0.6934 ml/L。 In this paper the oxygen consumption was determined by using thediss- olved oxygen difference between blank and experimetal respiration chamb- eer.The winkler's way was used to determine the content of oxygen.It comes to the conclusions that the oxygen consumption increased proportion- ally with body length while the oxygen comsumption rate were inversely propertional to body weight.Temperatnre,pH and sex had remarkable eff- ect on the oxygen conenmption rate of oratosquilla oratoria.So did the light and starvation.But the effect of salinity was not very remarkble to the oxygen consumption rate.It was also concluded that the oxygen consumption rate changed obviously around 24 hours.The suffocation point rangep from 0.5734 to 0.6934ml/L.
