我国集体林逐级经营方案编制的研究

Study on Management Plan of Collective Forest by Levels in China

以县、乡、村(场)三个层次逐级编案,全县的指标和任务分解到乡,乡分解到村(场)、村(场)落实到小班,做到逐级控制,分层次实施。采用龄级法森林经理,提出全县森林经营类型目录、编制森林经营类型设计表和森林经营利用一览表等一整套编案技术,符合我国集体林区的实际。

Management of collective forest by different levels, that is targets of thewhole county distributed to towns, which of the town to village (forest center), which of thevillage to group. Forest administration by age-class method, forest management types, plansof forest management type, forest management and utilization were proposed.
