外源激素对匍枝毛茛实生苗生长的影响

摘要 匍枝毛茸(Ranunculus repens)实生苗经爱农2000倍液、开特灵1号5000倍液和细胞分裂素600倍液叶面喷洒,地上部分干重和全株干重都比对照显著增加,差异显著性水平除爱农处理的单株干重为5%外,其余的都高达1%(LSD检验)。但三种外源激素对处理株形态变化的影响不尽相同。接受细胞分裂素喷洒的植株高度和绿叶数均超过对照,开特灵1号也增加了处理株的高度,三者对处理株的冠幅和根数都无明显影响。 After the seedlings of Ranunculus repens were sprayed with ainong 2000 fold,k-wh-1 5000 fold and cytokinin 600 fold, dry weight of plant and shoot were heavier than thoseof the control, significant difference level was 1% by LSD test, except dry weight of plantsprayed ainong was only 5%. The effects of three exohormons on the morphological changesof treated plants were different. The plant height and number of green leaves of seedlingsprayed cytokinin were more than those of the control, plant height sprayed k--wh-1 wasalso improved. However, the plant crown diameter and root number were not influeuced byabove-mentined exohormones.
