油菜渍害若干生理问题的探讨 被引量:16

摘要 利用专门设计的作物控水种植槽对油菜各生育期进行渍水处理,研究渍害对油菜的生理影响。结果表明:叶片乙烯释放量增加,根系活力下降,植株氮素积累降低;叶片丙二醛含量升高,植株早衰;终花期叶片光合速率比对照降低8.7%~38.1%。同时,还发现渍害不仅影响当时植株的正常生理机能,而且在渍水以后仍有持续的不利影响。 A study on physiological effect of waterlogging of rape plant occurred from the rosette stage to the ripening stage was conducted in the experimental tanks especially designed for soil water control of crops. The results showed that the waterlogging resulted in the increase of ethylene release and in the decrease of root viability as well as nitrogen accumulation. The content of malon-dialdehyde in leaves increased in the end of flowering period,and the premature senscence of the rape plant appeared. The photosynthesis of leaves of waterlogged rape plants was inhibited. Besides those >it had been found that physiological function of rape plants was retarded during waterlogging period,and the adverse effect still remained hereafter.
