湖州地区开放型经济发展的对策研究

Researches on the Growth of Open Economy in Huzhou Region

改革开放 2 0多年来 ,湖州地区的周边城市都把开放型经济作为首要任务来抓 ,使开放型经济的发展不断跨上新台阶 ,促进了经济和社会的全面发展。湖州尽管也把开放型经济的发展作为全市的主导经济、龙头经济、前途经济 ,但开放型经济的发展目前已严重滞后于周边城市。湖州只有通过认真总结 2 0多年来发展开放型经济的经验和教训 ,紧紧抓住“长三角”区域经济一体化的发展机遇 ,挖掘自身潜力 ,制定科学可行的对策 ,才能追赶周边城市。

In the past 20 years and more since the open and reform policy was adopted, the neighbouring cities of Huzhou region have been developing the open economy as their initial tasks, which has promoted the economy and society in an all-round way. Although Huzhou also takes the open economy as its dominant economy, key economy and promising economy, it has been left far behind the neighbouring cities. Huzhou can catch up with these cities only by summarizing the experience and lesson in developing the open economy of the past 20 years and more, seizing the opportunity of the economic integration of the Yangtze Delta, making full use of its potentials and laying down feasible strategies.
