摘要
合理的人才结构是社会正常运行的必要条件 ,而相应的教育结构是基础。随着社会经济与科技的高速发展 ,高级技术型人才的重要性日益凸显。发展高职教育是提高全民族科学文化素质的重要途径 。
Rational structure of qualified personnel is necessary for the normal running of the society, with education structure as its foundation. With the rapid development of economy and technology, the significance of qualified personnel with advanced technology becomes more and more obvious. Developing higher vocational education is an important way to improve the science and culture quality of the whole nation, which accords with the reform trend of the higher education system in the world.
