摘要
通过对部分烟区母岩、土壤、烟叶和香烟的取样分析以及对人抽吸香烟、动物(兔子)被动吸烟和烟的化学指标等的试验,发现:①香烟含硒量与烟焦油含量和自由基浓度呈显著负相关国;②香烟中的硒对人体血清中硒水平有轻微影响,抽吸高硒烟可起到微量的补硒作用;③香烟中的硒对被动吸烟的兔子血清中硒的水平和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性有明显影响;④富硒烟叶均产于古生代二叠纪硅质页岩上发育的烟园土;⑤香烟主气流中硒的含量是香烟含硒总量的8%~11%;⑥我国不同牌号香烟(包括部分外烟共100只样品)的含硒量在0.037~0.441mg/kg。
By studying on parent rock soil, tabacco and cigarette in some areas of China, analysing chemical and physical index, human smoking and animal (rabbit) passive smoking, the results were: ①the relationship between Se content of cigarette and tar content and free radical content was negative; ② Se content in cigarettes had slight effects on Se content of the smoker's serum, especially, high Se rich cigarette exerts a little effect in replenishing Se to smokers ; ③ Se content in cigarettes had significant effects on Se content of rabbit serum and activity of glutathione peroxidase; 44parent rock and soil of tobacco garden were the main factors affecting Se content of tobacco ; 55 the result of cigarette fume analysing indicates that Se content of main cigarette airflow was about 8% to 11% of total Se in cigarette; 66 the Se content of different brands of cigarettes (100 samples including Chinese and foreign cigarettes) ranges from 0. 037 mg/kg to 0. 441 mg/kg.
