摘要
报道了总容积为18.5m^3的厌氧附着膜膨胀床反应器常温处理啤酒生产废水的中试研究结果。水力示踪表明,废水在反应器中的分布状况良好,实际水力停留时间(HRT)接近控制值,流态趋向于推流式。工艺运试表明,处理COD平均浓度为1082mg/L的啤酒生产废水,HRT为11.3h,容积COD负荷率达2.3kg/m^3·d,出水COD浓度达到低于150mg/L的国家排放标准。
Reported the treatment of brewery wastewater with the pilot anaerobic attached microbial film expanded bed reactor at ambient temperature. The results showed that the influent was evenly distributed on the bottom of the reactor and the practical hydraulic retention time nearred the theoretical value and the flow pattern trended towards plug flow. The results also showed that the volumetric COD loading rate reached 2. 3 kg/m3. d when the wastewater with COD concentration of 1082 mg/L was treated at hydraulic retention time of 11. 3 hours and the effluent met the state wastewater discharge standard with COD concentration less than 150 mg/L.
