摘要 采用同位素示踪技术,研究了Cl对马铃薯的同化作用及吸收养分的影响。结果表明,培养液中Cl浓度过高会影响马铃薯对^(14)CO_2同化,减少对^(15)NO_5和H_2 ^(32)PO_4PO_4的吸收。 This paper studied the effects of Cl- on assimilation of 14CO2 and uptake of H232PO4 , 15NO3 by potato plants in water culture experiments. The results showed : (1)High concentrations of Cl- (Cl >300 mgL-1)might inhibit the photosynthesis of the plant and the pliotosynthates translocation to the tubers. (2)Chloride impaired the uptake of 15NO3 from external solution to roots,but had little effect on the translocation of 15NO3 from roots to shoots. (3)Chloride inhibited the absorption of H232PO4 by roots and inhibited the long-distance transport of H2 32O1 from roots to shoots as well. The effects increased as the concentrations of Cl were raised.
