摘要
未经鞣制的牛皮边料在0.30MPa(140℃)条件下处理40min,然后加入0.6%中性蛋白酶(1:10000),在39℃下酶解3小时,最后干燥、粉碎制成饲用蛋白粉。蛋白粉的体外消化率达88.5%,粗蛋白含量为75.2%,赖氨酸和蛋氨酸含量低于秘鲁鱼粉,其他氨基酸含量接近或高于秘鲁鱼粉。生长猪饲养试验表明,用蛋白粉完全代替饲粮中的秘鲁鱼粉(5%),对猪的日增重和料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05),而单位体增重饲料成本降低10%;用蛋白粉部份代替秘鲁鱼粉(3%)时的效果最佳。生长猪消化试验表明,蛋白粉代替秘鲁鱼粉对饲粮养分消化率无显著影响。
Untanned cowhide waste was hydrolyzed at 0. 3 Mpa (140℃) for 40 min. , and digested by neutral proteased (1: 10 000) at 39 ℃ for 3 hours, dried and milled into protein meal. It's digestibility (in vitro) reached 88. 5%. The amino acid contents of the meal were higher than Peru fish meal except for lysine and methionine, which were slightly lower. Twenty-four growing pigs were allocated to three groups in the feeding experiment. Group 1,2 and Control were fed diets containing 5% of protein meal, 3% of protein meal and 2% of fish meal, and 5% of fish meal respectively. The results showed that there were not significant differences (P>0. 05) among the three groups in DWG and feed gain ratio. The feed cost of unit weight gain of group 2 reduced by 10% compared with Control. Digestion experiment also showed the protein meal, as a alternative to fish meal in diets > did not affect digestibilities of DM, CP and CEE.
