摘要
运用有限元方法对1G-175A旋耕机的主要部件之一的侧边齿轮箱体进行了静态和动态的强度与刚度计算,并对其动特性用结构模态试验方法进行了分析,验证了所建立的有限元模型的合理性。
Rotary tillers are tillage implements used widely in rural areas. By using the Static and Dynamic Finite Element Methods (FEM).the strength and stiffness of the 1G-175A rotary tiller's main part (side gearbox) were calculated. Its dynamic property was analysed by structural modal experiments. The rationalization of the FEM model was also verified.
