野蚕黑卵蜂触角感器的超微结构研究

Ultrastructural studies on the antennal sensilla of Telenomus theophilae Wu et Chen(Hymenoptera : Scelionidae).

扫描电镜观察表明:野蚕黑卵蜂Telenomus theophilae Wu et Chen触角上存在着9种感觉器。其中锥形感器、毛形感器Ⅰ型、具沟端弯感器、多侧孔感器、栓锥感器和钟形感器雌雄均有,仅数量和分布存在差异;毛形感器Ⅱ型和端孔坛形感器只在雌蜂触角上存在,而端突柱形感器则为雄蜂所特有。感器种类、数量和分布在性别间的差异,为研究该蜂寻找生境和寄生行为提供了形态学依据。

Nine types of sensilla on the antenna of Telenomus theophilae were found by scanning electron microscopy. Basiconic sea lum.trichoi sensillum I,fluted bent-tipped sensillum .lateral multiporous sensillun ,styloconic sensillum and campaniform sensillum occurred in both sexes.but each of them was different in the number and location between male and female. Trichoid sensillum I and pore-tipped ampullaceous sensillum were only found on female's antenna.and papilla-tipped cylindric sensillum only on male's. These differences in type.number and distribution between sexes provide morphological basis for studying and researching on the habitat of host and behavior of host selection.
