目的：阐明精索与腹股沟斜疝疝囊的关系。方法：对解剖学、胚胎学、外科学和临床资料四方面材料进行总结分析。结果：斜疝疝囊外面包有精索内筋膜和提睾肌。结论：斜疝疝囊不在精索的内前方，而是位于精索内。
