摘要
本文研究了钢领的Ni-P处理。该种方法在钢领上应用后,断头率下降,纺纱性能改善。磨损试验和上车使用结果表明:合适的工艺和热处理温度可以大大提高钢领的使用寿命。
The Ni-P treatment of spinning rings is studied. It is shown that the treatment results in a lower end breakage rate and better spinning performance of the rings, and suitable treatment will lengthen their service life.
