高剂量率近距离放射治疗配合外照射治疗鼻咽癌

目的：讨论关于高剂量率腔内近距离治疗。方法：外照射加腔内治疗，腔内剂量参考点距施源器１０～１２ｍｍ，参考点剂量８～１０Ｇｙ／次，每周１次。结果：局部病灶控制率９３．３％，无重大并发症。

Abstract Purpose :To discuss nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated by external irradiation combined with Ir192 Afterloading Intracavitaryradiation with high dose rate.Materials and Methods:31 cases of naeopharyngeal carcioma were therapy from January of 1997 to Decemberof 1997/Distance of reference odse spot to content is 10～12mm.Dose of reference spot is 10Gyonce weekly,Results:Rate of local tumord isappearis 93.3%(14/15).Large complication is without.Conculsion:Local tumorhas gone down.
