剖宫产术与异位妊娠76例分析

Clinical Analyses of 76 Cases of Cesarean Section and Ectopic Pregnancy

目的：通过对剖宫产术后患异位妊娠的分析，探讨剖宫产术与异位妊娠发病的关系。方法：对１９８５年１月～１９９７年１２月间７６例剖宫产术后发生的异位妊娠的相关因素进行分析。结果：剖宫产术后由于感染和盆腔粘连容易引起异位妊娠。结论：严格掌握剖宫产特征，加强无菌操作和抗菌治疗，提高手术质量。

Objective:By means of analyses of patients with ectopic pregnancy after cesarean section,relationship between cesarean section and ectopic pregnancy were studied.Methods:In our hospital,from January 1985 to December 1997,relationship between ectopic pregnancy and cesarean section were andysed.Results:After cesarean section,because of infection and adbesion of pelvic cavity,ectopic pregnancy was easily caused.Condusion:By means of controling strictly indication of cesarean section,strengthening aseptic manipulation and antiseptic treatment and raising quality of operation,incidence of ectopic pregnancy after cesarean section could be reduced.
