黄芪注射液对人淋巴细胞SCE和细胞增殖的影响

Astragalu's influence to the SCE and proliferating rate.

目的：研究黄芪注射液在不同剂量条件下对正常人外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换（ＳＣＥ）和细胞增殖的影响。方法：以Ｂｒｄｕ－Ｇｉｅｍｓａ技术进行检测研究。结果：黄芪作用后的人淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换频率和细胞增殖率指数（ＰＲＩ）均有明显增高，并且其作用与剂量呈正相关。结论：黄芪注射液中存在某种成分可诱发ＤＮＡ损伤，同时黄芪还有促进细胞增殖的作用。

Objective:To study the astragalus' influence to the sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequencics and index of proliferating rate (PRI)under different doses.Methods:The study in cultured human lymphocytes from normal individual were studied using the Budr-Giemsa technique.Results:SCE frequency and PRI have been significantly increased.In addition,we found there were positive correlation between dose,SCE and PRI.Conclusion: The astragalus could induced DNA damage effect,and it also have the effect of increasing the cell's proliferation rate.
