脑性瘫痪是儿童医疗康复中常见的残疾之一。本文综述了脑性瘫痪的病因、病理、神经递质变化及影响，临床医疗康复研究的现状。并对今后发展进行探讨。

Abstract Cerebral palsy(CP) is one of common disability in pediatric medical rehabilitation.The article reviewed pathogeny and pathology of CP,allaxis and influence of neurotransmitlers,current situation of medical rehabilitation and study in CP children.The problem of progress of CP rehabilitation and study in future is discussed.
