脑干反射对脑性瘫痪的诊断价值探讨

Diagnostic Significance of Brain Stem Reflexes For Cerebral Paralysis in Children

目的：探索脑性瘫痪简便、可靠的诊断方法。方法：研究分析５７例脑性瘫痪患儿１０种脑干反射出现及异常情况。结果：在１０种脑干反射中，除角膜反射，咽反射无明显改变外，其余各种反射均有不同程度异常。主要表现为６个月以内以反射发育落后和延迟出现为主，以后各年龄主要为反射残存和亢进等。结论：脑干反射检查有助于脑性瘫痪的早期诊断；临床类型的区分；脑干损害的存在与否及病变部位的定位等。

Objective:To explore a brief and reliable daignostic method of the cerebral paralysis.Methods:The appearance and abnormal condition of 10 kinds of brain stem reflexes in 57 children with cerebral paralysis were analysed.Resuts:The all other reflexes of 10 brain stem reflexes have some abnormality,except the corneal reflexes and pharyngeal reflexes.The main manifestation of these abnormality was the maldvlopment and late appearance of the reflexes during 6 monthes of age,then the abnormalities in the other groups of age were rudiment and hyperfunction of the reflexes,et al.Conclusion:Examining brain stem reflexes was useful to early diagnosis,differentiating clinical type,where or not existing injury and alteratic localization of brain stem of cerabral paralysis.
