血浆内皮素在颅脑外伤中的变化和病理意义

Changes of Plasma Endothelim Level and its Pathophysiologic Significance in Brain Injury

目的：探讨内皮素在颅脑损伤中的作用。方法：观察了１５例重型和１６例轻中型颅脑损伤病人２４ｈ内、１周及２周血浆内皮素含量的变化。结果：颅脑损伤２４ｈ内两组病人血浆内皮素均明显升高，且重型组明显高于轻中型组（Ｐ＜０．０１），伤后１周下降，但重型组仍明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），伤后２周基本恢复正常。结论：分析了内皮素升高的原因和病理意义，提示临床上可将血浆内皮素做为判断伤情轻重的一项生化参考指标。

Objective:To explore the effect of endothelim(ET) on brain injury.Methods:We observed the changes of plasma ET of 15 cases of heavy brain injury and 16 cases of low-middle brain injury at 24 hours,in one week and two weeks.Results:The results showed that ET level increased at 24 hours in injury groups and ET contents of heavy injury group significantly were higher than that of low-middle injury group(P<0.01).ET level decreased after one week in injure groups,but ET contents of severe injury group were still higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After two weeks,ET level return to normal in injury groups.Conclusion:We analysed the factor of changes of ET and its pathophysiologic significance.The results suggested that ET may be a useful clinical biochemical indicator for judging brain injury degree.
