胎脑移植治疗脑外伤瘫痪

摘要 目的:探讨胎脑移植对脑外伤瘫痪的效果。方法:以机械性脑外伤瘫痪模型鼠观察伤后2周行胎脑移植鼠术后病理学及脑电功率谱变化,并与无移植外伤及正常鼠比较。9例脑外伤后遗瘫痪患者接受同种异体胎脑移植,并与4例按常规治疗的类似病人对照。结果:随访观察显示移植病人肢体瘫痪均有不同程度恢复,头颅CT及脑电功率谱亦明显改善。结论:实验和临床结果均提示胎脑移植对脑外伤后遗瘫痪有一定疗效。 Objective:To assess the effect of brain injury paralysis by embryonic brain tissue transplant.Methods:The model rats on mechanical brain injury and paralysis were transplanted with embryonic brain tissue on 2 weeks after injury.Change of histology and data of EEG powere spectrum were observed after transplantation as compared with model rat and normol rat.Nine patients with brain injury paralysis were transplanted with human embryonic brain tissue into cavities in the lesion cerebral and other similar 4 cases was given routine treatment as compare.Resulds:Follow-up observation showed that the state of all patients can be improved to some degree after transplantation,EEG power spectrum and head CT scan also improved.Conclusions:These results of laboratory and clinic indicated that embryonic brain tissue transplantation may be an effective therapy for brain injury paralysisin humans.
