噻嗪酮对褐稻虱的生物活性和生理影响 被引量:1

摘要 噻嗪酮(Buprofezin)是一种新的昆虫生长调节剂,对褐稻虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stol)具有很高的活性。室内试验,对褐稻虱5龄若虫致死中浓度(LC50)为0.57-2.00 ppm;1-2龄若虫为0.025-0.276ppm。噻嗪酮不直接杀死成虫,但能抑制褐稻虱产卵和缩短雌成虫寿命,不表现快速的击倒作用,至若虫蜕皮阶段才死亡。因此其死亡与时间的关系呈逻辑斯蒂曲线。噻嗪酮残效期长,室内测定20天以上。对褐稻虱的中毒症状(蜕皮畸形),生殖系统和呼吸系统所受的生理影响作了报道。 Buprofezin is a new type of insect growth regulator and has high biological activity against nymphs of Nilaparvata lugens (Stol). The lethal concentration 50% (LC50) was 0.57-2.00 ppm on 5 instar and 0.025-0.276 ppm on 1-2 instars of N.lugens in laboratory tests. Buprofezin has no killing action against adult of N.lugens, but it suppresses the egg-laying and decreases life-span of female adult of N.lugens. Buprofezin does not show quick-killing action against nymphs. However, the nymphs are died at moulting stage of instars. So that its mortality-time show logistic curve. The residual effect is long, about 20 days or more by pot tests in laboratory. In additional, the physiological effect of Buprofezin against N.lugens that is, symptoms of poisoning (moulting deformation), effect of reproductive system and respiratory system of N.lugens by Buprofezin were described in the paper.
