摘要
对自然突变体雪河矮早水稻半矮秆株高的遗传分析表明,其矮秆基因与大黑的dl基因位于同一个座位上,两者为复等位基因,暂定名为dl-x(t)。雪河矮早还具有超高秆互补基因H,当H基因与高秆基因同时存在则表现为超高秆,而大黑的矮秆只具有dl基因而不带有H基因。dl-x(t)影响谷粒大小与dl略有不同,但均与小粒基因紧密连锁,或是一因多效所引起的。
Genetic analysis of plant height proved that the dwarfing gene of Xue-He-Ai-Zao(XHAZ) rice, a japonica semidwarf mutant, had the same locus as dl gene of Daikoku, both of the two genes were multiple alleles. The dwarfing gene of XHAZ could be tentatively named dl-x(t). And XHAZ had a pair of tall complementary gene H that could express the super-tall character if combined with tall gene. Plant height of Daikoku was only controlled by dl gene but without H gene. There were some differences in influencing grain size between dl and dl-x(t). The genes of dl and dl-x(t) were tightly linked to genes of small rounded grain or had pleiotropism effect for small rounded grain.
