电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床评估及对照研究

Chinic Evaluation and Controlled Study on Treating Prolapes of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc with Electric Acupuncture

目的：运用传统的针灸理论及手段对３８例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行治疗。方法：采用视觉类比评分（ＶＡＳ）、腰部功能及ＡＤＬ方法对其疗效进行评估，并与３５例西医综合组进行对照。结果：针灸组对疼痛的缓解程度、部分腰部功能及ＡＤＬ改善情况均优于综合对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：传统的针灸治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者确实具有消炎镇痛，改善功能之功效及临床优势。

Objective:38 cases of prolapes of lumbar intervertebral disc were treated by electric acupuncture on the basic Chinese medicine theroy.Methods:Visual Analogue Scale VAS,lumbar's founction and ADL evaluation methods were used.A controlled study was conducted to compare the effects of electric acupuncture and comprehensive therapy.Results:Electric acupuncture had better effect than comprehensive therapy on improvement of relief pain,lumbar's founction and ADL.Conclusion:Electric acupuncture has clinic advantage on treating prolapes of lumbar intervertebral disc.
