老年阵发性室上性心动过速射频消融治疗

目的：本组回顾分析３２例老年阵发性室上性心动过速（ＰＳＶＴ）射频消融治疗结果，评价射频消融术的安全性及疗效。方法：选择频发室上性心动过速药物治疗无效或愿接受射频消融术治疗者，常规导管插管行电生理检查并标测消融靶点，行射频消融治疗。结果：３２例老年人一次成功率９６．８８％，二次成功率１００％。其中房室结折返性心动过速（ＡＶＮＲＴ）１３例，一次成功率１００％，房室折返性心动过速（ＡＶＲＴ）１９例，一次成功率９４．７３％，二次成功率１００％。并发症总发生率３．１２％。随访１～５ａ，总发生率３．１２％。结论：射频消融术治疗老年室上性心动过速是安全及有效的，可获得根治，可做为部分患者首选治疗方案在临床应用。

Objective:This study was to analyse the results of PSVT by RFCA in 32 old people and evaluate curative effect and safety factor of RFCA.Method:Selected the patients of frequent PSVT who got no curative effect by using medicine or were willing to accept RFCA.Placed catheters as usual to give the electrophysisologic examination and map the ablated target.Then took RFCA.Results:In 32 old people,the initial success rate for ablation was 96.88%,the second success rate was 100%,including atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT) in 13 cases whose initial success rate was 100% and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT) in 19 cases whose initial success rate was 94.73% and the second success rate was 100%.The total complication rate was 3.12%.In the duration of follow-up of 1 to 5 years,the total recurrence rate was 3.12%.Conclusion:In the old,RFCA for cure of PSVT is effective and safe,It can effect a permanent cure and be regarded as the first choice in clinical treatment.
