Singnificance of Serum T3、T4、TSH Measurement in Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的：通过对脑性瘫痪患儿血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４、ＴＳＨ水平测定，旨在研究其与脑性瘫痪的发生有无关系。方法：放射免疫测定法，使用ＳＮ－６９５Ｂ智能放免测量仪。结果：测定值经统计学处理其平均值：Ｔ３ｘ±ｓ：１４．２±０．４０ｎｇ／ｍｌ，Ｔ４ｘ±ｓ：９．５３±３．９９ｇ／ｄｌ，ＴＳＨｘ±ｓ：３．３２±２．８７μＩＵ／ｍｌ，与参考值对比处于正常范围内。结论：脑性瘫痪患儿血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４、ＴＳＨ水平处于正常，其与脑性瘫痪的发生无关。

Objective :This paper is to study the changes of serum T 3、T 4、TSHlevel in cerebral palsy and to explore the relationship between chilidren cerebral palsy and serum T 3、T 4、TSH level changes Method:Radionimmunoassay(RIA)and SN-695 B Gamma Counter were adopted inthis test.Results:The measurement data .Were obtained and the statistica analysis was made The averages of serum T 3、T 4、TSH respectiveal:T 3x±s:1.42、0.40ng/ml.T4x±s:9.53±3.99 μg/dl.TSH±s:3.32±2.87 μ lU/ml.Conclusion;The results suggested that the measured serum T 3、T 4、TSH levels in children with cerebral palsy are normal in comparison with cerebral palsy are normal in conmparison with the control data,There is no direct link between T 3、T 4、TSH level changes and the occurrences of children cerebral palsy.
