多效菌及其制剂的主要特性观测

Main Characteristics and preparation of "Duo-Xiao-jun" :

用于制备多效菌菌剂的6个菌株,是从生长健壮的油菜和大小麦根际(或根系)筛选出来的蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。经试验测定,这6株菌均有降解有机氮、磷的作用;能耐受目前大田一般常用浓度的多种农药;其代谢产物中所含的某种活性物质,在一定的浓度范围内有促进豌豆发芽的作用。各由3株蜡状芽孢杆菌ME1-1、ME1-2、ME1-3和ME2-1、ME2-2、ME2-3菌株,优化组合研制的应用于双子叶和禾谷类作物的多效菌菌剂,经室内测定和田间试验,表现安全无毒,耐贮存,并有抑制病害发生和增产的效应。

Six strains utilized for preparation of 'Duo-Xiao-jun and isolated from rhizosphere and / or rhizotaxis of rape (Brassica napus), barley (Hordeum vulgrae) and wheat (Triticum aestivum) belong to Bacillus cereus. It is determined in the tests that these 6 strains are able to degrade organic compounds containing N and P, that they can tolerate to commonly used pesticides or insecticides at concentrations in field practice at present, that their metabolites contain some active substances to promote germination of pea seeds within a certain range of concentrations. It has been shown through a series of laboratory tests and field experiments that for both the dicotylendonous and granminaceous 'Duo-Xiao-jun' Preparations produced by ME1-1, ME1-2 and ME1-3 and by ME2-1, ME2-2 and ME2-3 respectively are safe to be used without any toxicity and are storable as well as easy to control plant diseases. Application of the Dou-Xiao-jun preparations will result in promototion of crop yield.
