高压氧对颅脑损伤后康复疗效分析

Analyse of rehabilitation and curative effects of hyperbaric Oxygen on head injury

目的：探讨高压氧对颅脑损伤的康复效果。方法：对我院１９９６年～１９９８年收治经高压氧治疗的１５０例患者进行回顾性分析。结果：治愈１２９例，占８６％，有效１４４例，占９６％，特别是脑干损伤后昏迷１２例和颅内血肿术后昏迷１５例经高压氧治疗后，有效者２１例，有效率达７７．７％。结论：高压氧治疗是颅脑损伤的重要康复手段，其改善脑缺氧，促进清醒，减少后遗症有重要作用。

Objective:To study the rehabilitation effects of hyperbaric oxygen in head injury patients.Methods:150 patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen who admitted to our department from 1996 to 1998 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:cure 129(86%),144(96%)effective.Among 12 stupor cases caused by brain-stem injury and 15 cases of stupor caused by intracranial hematoma operation,21 were effected after treated with hyperbaric oxygen and the effective rate reached 77.7%.Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen is important means of rehabilitation for head-injury patients.It can improve brain hypoxia,effect the recovery of come and reduce sequel.
