动态干扰电疗对骨折愈合作用的临床研究

摘要 目的:观察动态干扰电疗对人体骨折愈合的作用效果。方法:采用不同差频和电流强度的动态干扰电分别治疗A、B、C、D组骨折病人,并采用秩和检验分析其对人体长、短、扁及不规则骨骨折愈合效果差异。结果:B、C、D组骨折处X线所见及平均临床愈合时间显著优于对照组,D组优于B、C、组。不同类型骨的骨折治疗效果:长骨优于短、扁及不规则骨。结论:差频0~80HZ及电流强度40mA、差频0~120HZ及电流强度20~40mA的动态干扰电疗对骨折愈合有促进作用,且长骨疗效显著,而差频0~80HZ及电流强度20mA的动态干扰电疗对骨折愈合无明显作用。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of dynamic interference current therapy for the union of human body's fractures.Methods:The patients were divided into four groups: ABCD.They were individually cured by dynamic interference current with different beat frequency and current intensity. And the curative effects of longshortflat and irregular bones were analyzed by rank tests.Results:The radiographic appearances of group BCD were better than the control group .So was the mean time required for the union of fractures.And group D was better than B and C.The effect of long bone was better than that of the other ones .Conclusion: It is proved that the dynamic interference current therapy with beat frequency 080 Hz and current intensity 40 mA or beat frequency 0120 Hz and current intensity 2040 mA can promote the union of fractures ,especially for long bones .But the beat frequency 080 Hz and current intensity 20 mA has no use for the union.
