冠心病患者的膳食及营养状况调查

摘要 目的:了解冠心病患者的膳食及营养状况。方法:膳食调查采用三日询问法与称重法同时进行。部分体格检查及生化检查:身高、体重、上臂围、三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂肌围、血脂及血红蛋白测定。结果:冠心病患者的每天热能平均摄入量:男2730.24千卡,女2659.54千卡,上臂肌围男性患者相当于正常值的93.95%,女性相当于正常值的96.3%,根据评价标准,说明大部分冠心病患者没有营养不良及肌蛋白消耗。结论:通过膳食调查及部分体格检查,更好指导冠心病患者改善膳食结构,积极配合药物治疗,预防复发具有显著的作用。 Objective:To investigate the state of diet and nutrition of the patients with coronary arteriosclerotic heart disease.Methods:The three-day-long inquiry and weighting method was used in diet investigation.The physical and biochemical examination included the determination of height,weight,arm circumference,skinfold thickness of triceps,arm musle circumference,lipids and hemoglobin.Results:The even amount of heat energy taken in per day by the patients with coronary arteriosclerotic heart disease was 2730.24 kilocalorie(male) and 2659.54 kilocalorie(female).The arm musle circumference was 93.95%(male)and 96.30%(female) of the normal value.According to the evaluation standard,the results suggested that most of the patients do not have malnutrtion and consumption of muscular protiens.Conclusion:Diet investigation and physical examination is significantly useful to guide the patients to improve their diet structure,to support drug therapy and to prevent relapse.
