斜颈矫形架治疗儿童斜颈928例临床观察

Curative effect of 928 cases with torticollis in children treated by the orthopedic frame

目的：探讨儿童斜颈的最佳治疗方法。方法：用自制斜颈矫形架替代石膏固定的方法治疗斜颈儿童９２８例，其中８２０例肌性斜颈患者，行患侧胸锁乳突肌胸锁端切断并切除１．５～３ｃｍ，术后用斜颈矫形架将头、颈、胸固定于过度矫正位；１０８例非肌性斜颈患者，不手术直接用矫形架治疗。结果：９２８例患儿中优８０５例（８６．７５％），良１１８例（１２．７２％），差５例（０．５４％）。结论：斜颈矫形架替代石膏固定用于治疗儿童斜颈，操作简便，应用灵活，优于传统的石膏固定法。

Objective: To search the best method of correcting torticollis in children. Methods:The 928 cases with torticollis in children were treated with orthopedic frame,made by ourself,rather than plaster immobilization and 820 cases with myogenic of them were operated.the lower end of affected sternocleidomastoid muscle was cut off and removed about 1.5 cm to 3 cm,then the head,neck and thorax were fixed in an over correction position.1.8 cases with non-myogenic torticollis were treated with the frame in the same way directly ,but without surgical operation.Results:The patients with coplete correction ,partial correction and no improvement were 805 cases (86.75%),118 cases (12.72%) and 5 cases (0.54%) respectively .Conclusion:Curative effect of the frame for torticollis in children is better than that of previous plaster immobilization.It is simple and easy to use.
