手背深Ⅱ度烧伤后康复治疗

Treat DeepSecond Degree Burns of Hhand with Rehabilitation.

目的：探讨手背深Ⅱ度烧伤早期削痂薄皮移植后手部功能恢复情况。方法：伤后３～７ｄ削除手背深Ⅱ度创面坏死组织，保留正常真皮组织，移植大张刃厚皮，术后早期配合压力疗法及功能锻炼。结果：３７例病人术后感觉、功能、外形均满意３０例，功能良好、外形欠佳７例。结论：通过本组３７例病人，认为手背深Ⅱ度烧伤采用早期削痂，大张刃厚皮移植并配合压力疗法及功能锻炼，能恢复良好手部功能，且具有皮区愈合快，不留疤痕等优点。

Objective: To investigate the recovery of hand function of deep second degree burn of the dorsum of hand after early tangential exercision and thin skin graft.Method:37th days postburn,tangentially exercision the necrotic tissue of the dorsum of hand simultaneouly reserve the normal dermal tissues,and transplant large sheet thin skin graft.Apply pressuregarments and physical exercises early postoperatively.Result :In total 37 patients,30 cases got sensations,functions and appearances satisfactory,other 7 cases result good functions but apperances were not quiet good.Conclusion:Through investigations on 37 patients,our conceptions are Using early tangential exercision large sheet thin skin graft accompany with early pressure garments and functionally exercises to treat deep second degree burn of the dorsum of hand having good results on hand functions and fast healing of donor sites as well as no scar formation.
